We went there for dinner a couple of nights ago. Our waitress (Rosa) made numerous trips to the kitchen to double check ingredients for me and never seemed put out at all. In fact, when I ordered Catalina dressing on my salad (sans croutons), she even came back to tell me that there was modified food starch in the dressing and asked if there was another that I'd like.
We called the manager over to give her commendations, and he even stated that they were working on getting a gluten-free menu there (but they were having issues with their legal department) but that they train the servers to double check allergens.
Amazing service, amazing food...all in all a great restaurant!
